Serves 6

Preparation time 30 minutes plus resting time

Ingredients

• 1 carton (150 g) chocolate mousse or instant pudding (Woolworths)

• 1 carton (90 g) caramel instant pudding (like Moirs)

• cold full-cream milk (for both instant puddings; follow the instructions on the packet)

• 250 ml cream

• 1 packet (200 g) Cream Crackers or Tennis biscuits

• 1 tin (360 g) caramel condensed milk

Here's how:

1 Prepare the chocolate and caramel instant puddings separately with the milk according to the instructions on the packets.

2 Whip the cream until stiff and mix half of the cream with the chocolate pudding and the other half with the caramel pudding.

3 Spray a 30 x 22 cm dish with a non-stick spray. Place a layer of biscuits in the dish and pour all the chocolate pudding mixture over it. Add another layer of biscuits on top and spread the caramel pudding over it, finishing with a third layer of biscuits. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

4 Spread the caramel over the tart and serve.
