Where have you been? What have you seen? Write to editor@gomag.co.za.

Marelize Otto of Pretoria writes My husband and I have been visiting the Kruger Park for the last 20 years.

We've had many wonderful sightings, but this was by far the funniest.

We pulled over next to a small dam on the S130 near Lower Sabie and watched this odd couple for about 20 minutes. The bullfrog tried to escape again and again, but every time, the hamerkop snatched it up and carried it back to shore.

Then the hamerkop would walk away and act like it hadn't seen the frog, and as soon as the frog tried to swim away, the bird would catch it again.

We eventually left and didn't see what happened in the end.
