The house was transformed by the addition of a second storey with a striking, curved brick façade. To add a modern element, the owners also used Storm Grey Saflok 700 sheets on the façade. “These are fixed to roof purlins with clips, instead of traditional screws or nails. This means no pierced fixing is required, minimising the risk of leaks,” explains Renier. “It’s quick to assemble and the sheets are prepainted.”
